You buy credit
Top-ups are bought in the shop and land on your balance when the payment clears.
Credit does not expire
It stays on the account until you spend it.
Refunds return the unspent part
Refund a top-up and whatever you have not used comes off the balance and back to your card.

Files and content
The files are yours
What Bench makes is written on your own machine, in your folders.
Chat content sits with your account
So a collection carries on where you left it, and you can delete it.

What you approve and kill teaches it for you.
